SOULFULL yoga is a class that is accessible to all levels of yoga enthusiast and those who are curious. A traditional style yoga class that incorporates breathing, postures and meditation to balance the mind and body. Students leave feeling nourished, well rested and refreshed; with a new cultivated awareness and clarity. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
